I Wonder...(FAQ)

1. How do your shirts fit? 
We offer most of our shirts in a fitted and a relaxed cut.  The fitted shirts are a Juniors fitt so most customers order up 1 size.  The relaxed tee are true to size.
2. What happens if I receive my shirt and it does not fit? 
 We have no problem exchanging your shirt, just send us an e-mail and let us know what you would like.  We will ask you to return your item with a note and $5 for return shipping.
3. What is your return policy? All of our shirts are custom made for you.  If there is a problem with a size in a shirt, we will happily exchange for another size.  If there is a defect, we will also exchange.  Returns for any other reason are not accepted, so please order carefully.
4.  How long will my order take to ship? 
Most of the time, our printed shirts will ship in under a week.  We custom make most of the applique shirts just for you, so depending on the time of year, your order could take 2-3 weeks during slower times and 3-4 weeks during busy times.  If you have a deadline please let us know with your order and we will make every attempt to meet it.
5. When do you charge my credit card?
 Your card is not automatically charged when you place your online order.  We charge your card when your item goes into production which is usually about 7-10 days from your ship time.
6. Where can I find Pink Armadillos tees in my area?
 We have many stores that carry our items across the country.  Check our 'Dillo Dealers to find a store in your area. 
7.  How do I care for my embellished clothing?
Wash your items inside out on delicate setting in the washing machine.  I recommend  using a delicate liquid soap also.  Hang dry and you may press with a warm iron, if needed on the wrong side of the fabric.  DO NOT place any items with rhinestones in the dryer.
